This question type provides administrators with two options:
Question
Text can contain alphanumeric characters [A-Z, a-z, 0-9], basic punctuation, symbols, and spaces
Time Range
Min Time – the minimum (12-hours format) time users are allowed to select
Max Time – the maximum (12-hours format) time users are allowed to select
Controls
Mandatory Question – users are required to answer the question

If you are not an administrator, you will need to have permission to create new Mobile Forms & Surveys. This will depend on a User Role assigned to you by your administrator.
