Serial Number – each answer can contain pre-defined alphanumeric characters [A-Z, a-z, 0-9], punctuation, symbols, and spaces

Characters

Min Char – the minimum number of characters allowed

Max Char – the maximum number of characters allowed

Controls

Mandatory Question – users are required to answer the question

Address Question – the system knows that this is a list of addresses
